The worst experience I have ever had. The AC vent was completely open and I couldn’t adjust it, and I got health problems as well. The staff was not ready to give another berth even though there were lots of berths available. The cleanliness was absolutely nothing. Never go with this service anymore.

The beds for the sleeping place are terribly uncomfortable. The driving was so bad that half of the night we were holding on to the railings for our dear life, scared that we might fall off. There was not enough space to put the luggage and overall it was a very bad experience.

Kindly raise the bar of the upper berth because throughout the night I was in fear of falling from the upper berth. The height of the side support stand is way too low.

In normal buses, there is a wire or something to extend your legs while sitting on the seat. That way, passengers can step on it and sleep comfortably. The bus I got didn't have anything like that.
