The bus was two hours late from the time they mentioned in the ticket. And the live location was also not available to track the bus.

They let beggars in the bus. Literally at a stop and they were asking for money. The bus conductor made weird remarks looking at me. Very unsafe for women passengers. Also, no blankets and pillows were provided despite asking multiple times. They were short of a few.
