1. No Live tracking was provided for this bus. 2. Even after choosing my seat, No freedom as I was merged with another seat by the staff. 3. No amenities like water bottle. 4. Dropping point was Rani Channama Circle, they dropped me on the middle of the Highway near Gabbur Bypass. 5. Overall Terrible Experience not expected by the redbus, how come you can certify such buses.

Very disappointing journey experience. My pickup time was 7:40 am, but the bus arrived around 8:45 am, causing a long delay. After that, the bus stopped for almost two hours for brake maintenance and repair. Later, another 30 minutes were wasted for the driver’s meal break. Even after resuming, the bus faced a gearbox issue and completely stopped moving. We were asked to get down and shift to another bus. In the replacement bus, there were not enough seats available, and we had to travel sitting on the floor and steps, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, this was a very poorly managed trip with major delays, vehicle issues, and no proper passenger arrangements. I expect better service and request action regarding this inconvenience.
