No mobile charging points. For thirsty, no water bottle provided. The live tracking is disabled every trip I travelled. Every trip I noticed the bus not coming at punctual time. No assistant is provided for driver to wake up passengers at their stoppings; only driver can't do this.

This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The bus didn’t stop at the designated boarding point, and when I contacted the driver, he responded with language. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Lots of noise inside the bus but on time boarding and dropping. Needs to improve interior. Live tracking is not available.
