The bus could have been cleaned. The curtains were not cleaned. I was travelling for the first time. I did not know the destination, so I thought to inform the bus driver. He was very rude and did not tell me anything, just told me to search in a very bad way.

Initially bus arrived 1:40 mins late while dropping was late by 3 hours. Also, driver didn’t stop at the requested stops even if it was on the way. Terrible journey.

1) Bus is almost 1 hr late. 2) The driver is asking to come to a remote location which is not mentioned in the stop. 3) The driver is giving false timings of bus arrival.
