1. Rating: 2/5 Seats were filthy and the bus wasn’t cleaned at all before departure. The travel company needs to take hygiene seriously. 2. Extremely poor cleanliness standards. The seats were dirty when we boarded and it’s clear no cleaning was done before the trip started. Not acceptable.

Everything was fine and I just went to sleep as I knew my stop would come around 5.30 am and guess what it came at 3.50 am. I was shocked, acted fast, got my things, and went off. That was an experience.

Bus AC not working and staff. It was not right for the bus staff to talk to the passenger.

Not dropped at destination stop which I selected. Not getting seat from Nandurbar. They will change bus at Sakri 60km. Travelled on last seat whereas I booked middle seat. No AC working, no windows. Third grade. Never travel with this.
