Bus delayed by around 1 hour. Extra passengers accommodated in the aisle, causing discomfort. Rash driving and very poor suspension; excessive jerking throughout. Broken, dirty, and poorly maintained seats. AC was ineffective, with visible dust circulating inside the bus. Damaged window repaired with plywood and plastic sheet. No proper luggage storage, had to keep bags in the leg space. No comfort at all despite booking a sleeper bus. No drinking water provided. No working charging points for an overnight journey. Impossible to sleep due to the condition of the bus. Overall, unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not worth the fare. I would not recommend travelling with this operator.

1:30 hour late at boarding station

Very bad experience. Worst bus ever. They just made it another cargo transporter rather than travelling. Also very poor hygiene of bus. Very low maintenance.

Bus is late from their regular time

the bus will be not on the time the will sitting process is the very worst and the cleaning will be not good in the bus and the dropping point and the pick up point will be too much late on the behalf of the given time

Very poor service. The bus stopped frequently to pick up local passengers, causing a significant delay. We did not reach the destination on time, and blankets were not provided during the journey. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Please do not book this travel service! It was the worst bus journey of my life. The vehicle felt like a neglected local bus—it was filthy and completely unhygienic. The AC was broken, none of the charging ports worked, and the staff were incredibly rude. To make matters worse, their time management was non-existent, causing significant delays. Save your time and money—do not travel with them.

Wrost experience.

This bus was a rusty one and the whole bus was babbling, and most of all, there was no toilet facility available in it. All are huge lies.
