Very bad experience in an overall journey, staff's behaviour is bad, inappropriate language, sleeping bed not arranged properly.

The bus was not in good condition. I booked the AC bus, but there was no reliable AC. Windows were open; therefore, cooling did not happen. There was no proper seat. Continuous smell was coming. The bus was damaged and loud noise was coming. Extremely bad experience. Not satisfied.
