I need complete refund on this trip along with apology letter as bus was not fit to operate. Upon this, my wife faced multiple challenges during her journey. Firstly, tyres got flat and around 18:15 hrs bus was parked due to technical failure. All the passengers were deboarded from the bus and left to complete their journey.

Only AC working, baki bilkul bekar bus hai, late chalti hai, gandi hai badboo aati hai, charging point kharab hai, paani bhi nahi milta
