The bus broke down in the ghat area, so it got delayed by 3 hours. Passengers could not even sleep properly during that time. If we are paying money, is this the kind of service we should get.

Bus failed around 2-3 am, driver said some fuel pump issue. They arranged another bus around 6 am in which we sat 3-4 people on one seat. I missed an important meeting in the morning as I reached very late.

No blankets were provided during travel. There was no good behaviour. Also, the vehicle condition was very bad. Every 10 minutes it automatically shut down and at the end of the 2 hours I suffered by standing in another bus.
