The washroom we waited for dinner was not hygienic. There was no water in the washroom. After arriving at the drop point, one of the staff removed the belt of our luggage bag while removing it from the boot.

Bus stopped in a garage for 1 hour. I think all the maintenance work should be done before starting the travel. Rest everything was great.

Ac was not cooling well. That is why it was suffocating.

Bus time at Chiplun was 21.40. It came at 23.40. No advance intimation about the delay. No specific pick point by these operators. AC was terrible in the bus. I advise all future passengers not to opt for this bus service.

Bus broke down at 4:25 p.m. Bus came at 8:30 p.m. After going kilometres from Kankavli, there was a mechanical error. At 1 o'clock at night, they arranged another bus. I had to reach Mumbai by 6:00 a.m., but now I will reach by 2:00 p.m.

Gap between seating chairs is too small, difficult to seat if front passenger pushes back his seat.
