Bus conductor has given my seat to another person with an offline ticket and forced me to adjust the seat with him. I argued with him, but nobody listened to me. I travelled the whole journey in an uncomfortable position. Very disappointed with bus staff and services.

1. The behavior of the conductor and the driver was very rude and unprofessional. Initially, the charging ports were working, but later they were switched off. When I politely requested the conductor to turn them on again, he refused rudely. The driver also gave inconsistent explanations instead of helping the passengers. 2. The bus was overloaded with luggage, making it difficult for passengers to move inside the bus. Bags and sacks were placed in the walking area, blocking the passage and causing inconvenience as well as creating a safety concern during the journey.

The seat on which I was sitting was not well fitted and seat covers were not clean. For providing such service, I think less amount should be charged.
