I have not travelled after getting my 2 tickets booked, and because of heavy rainfall I can't reach the destination on time, it got late to reach the boarding point I have missed the bus, i also called the driver and requested him to help but he didn't answer properly and there is no customer support and help to register the issue, and there is no changing of Bus if you miss the bus, I cannot get even some percentage of my money back after I missed the bus, I have lost my Rs 2662 for booking ticket with this bus.
