I waited at my boarding point for 45 minutes without any intimation or live tracking available. When I called the boarding point contact, he started talking rudely. The bus was supposed to reach at 7:55 am, but it hadn't reached even at 11 am. Worst experience.

One hour late pick up and one hour late drop. Toilet was dirty. Sleeping area was also dirty. Last stop was supposed to be KR market but they dropped everyone one stop before at Majestic.
