Terrible because they show Bharat Benz on red bus site and bring different bus, there is AC leakage on our seat, staff not cooperative also hygiene not maintain

Bus was 1hour late, different bus was sent instead of the bus booked. Bus was not clean, Sleeper seat was very small and uncomfortable

Driver was drunk, dropped at wrong location in middle of the road, rest stop was very unhygienic. Overall experience was not so good.
