The bus arrived at the pick-up point more than one hour late. My journey was from Lucknow to Jaipur, and my designated pick-up point was Goyal Campus, Kamta Chauraha Lucknow. At this location, there is neither an office nor any staff; there isn't even a place for passengers to sit or keep their luggage. Passengers have no choice but to stand in the sun by the side of the highway. I had traveled 150 kilometers to reach this point and arrived one hour early, around 5:15, to ensure I didn't miss the bus due to any delays, yet the bus arrived over one hour late. The pick-up time was 6:30 pm, but the bus arrived after 7:30, forcing me to wait by the roadside in the heat for about 2:30 hours. I would like to ask: if a passenger were 15 to 20 minutes late, would your bus wait for them? Please respond to this. You should only list pick-up points in the booking options that provide adequate space for customers to sit or stand comfortably. Apart from this, the condition of the bus was excellent, and the staff's behavior was very good. The length of the single sleeper berth was a bit short, though that wasn't a major issue. Please keep these matters in mind, as passengers face significant inconvenience; I look forward to your reply.
