The staff here is very bad. This bus AC is not working. The mobile charger point is not working.

The bunk was too narrow for an adult to sleep, there was no pillow and the blanket was dirty.

Driver is very polite and good person and also staff. Problem is it's around 8-9 hours trip, female needs proper bathroom or washroom and male passengers need also. Please manage time for proper stops to go washroom. Otherwise everything is very good.
