Bus feels more like a truck than a bus. They fill the bus with boxes, duck, chicken, fish, and many more. We had to wait hour after hour for collecting their goods.

ticket was booked for 2*1 bus but they cancelled this bus and shifted to another 2*2 without any information.

Travel boarding time was 9.30 pm and arrival was at 10.30 pm. So, proper time should be given. We are not interested in waiting for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

The seat comfort and overall hygiene was good. The only problem I feel everyone faced was the timing issue. We had to wait in different places for the packages to unload, which was really annoying. It was like we were travelling in a courier company.
