Boarding experience and said the bus would go via the Greenfield Highway. When I questioned him, he behaved rudely and told me to complain to customer care. Because of the driver's behavior and the unexpected route, I did not travel on the bus. I request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. If I had already purchased a ticket, women passengers don't suggest this travel.

The bus is too old, and there are no pillows for sleeper, no water bottles. All these can be done as the price of the ticket is high. I don't recommend this bus further. If the changes are made, it could be better.
