The bed u1 didn't have the leg space at all. It's near the door and my leg is hanging out. Every time the door opens it hits my leg and the privacy curtains also move. Very bad experience.

Please keep punctuality. One hour delay for pick up is very bad. Reaching the destination simultaneously late as per your schedule time. Bus crew are very nice.

I didn't travel with them. I stay near to the pickup point. The bus operators didn't inform once they reached. And when I called them to check, they said they had already left. I had to find other means to reach here. Such a poor customer experience.

When I arrived at Kannur from Kanhangad, they changed my bus and told me to board another bus and then went to Bangalore without taking me.
