From Ranchi to Jamshedpur, they provided an AC seater which was clean and nice. The only issue is the dinner stop, but then it's not their fault as that route does not have nice dhabas.

The charging port was non-functional in U16, and the mattress was also in unsatisfactory condition.

Reached pick up point late by around 30 minutes. Someone else sat on our allocated seats. It took around another 25 minutes to get our booked seat. Seat condition not good. Sometimes driver was switching off the AC. Lots of disturbances. Finally bus broke down near Kolkata and did not even reach the assigned destination point. No maintenance of the bus at all. Horrible and terrible experience.

Extremely bad experience. The passage of back row sleeper seats was filled with luggage preventing movement.
