Very disappointing experience. While booking, the bus clearly mentioned that the onboard bathroom was usable. However, when I requested to use it during the journey, the staff initially told me to wait a few minutes and said I could use it once the bus was running.
When I asked again later, they completely changed their statement and said the toilet could not be used because the owner does not maintain it. I then called the bus operator, who gave a different explanation, claiming there was no water in the toilet. When I pointed out that the staff had never mentioned this earlier, they started giving inconsistent and misleading answers.
Advertising a usable toilet facility and then refusing passengers access to it is unacceptable. If the toilet is non-functional, that information should be disclosed before booking rather than misleading customers.

The seats need overhauling. The cushioning has gone down and the seats are not comfortable to sit.

I booked Sleeper No. 7 expecting a clear outside view, but it was completely blocked by stickers on the bus windows. This was very disappointing, as the view was the main reason I chose Sleeper.

Pillow needs to be upgraded, it's not comfortable, and AC needs to be repaired, the air blower.
