Travelled with 9 months baby. Very poor maintenance. Please do not see the pics and book this bus. Suffered a lot. Very poor hygiene. Please do not travel. And very late.

Worst experience. Bus cleanliness was very poor and not properly maintained. Bedbugs made travelling difficult. Main issue was luggage handling. Luggage was loaded carelessly without using the proper compartment. This caused great inconvenience to passengers. Service, hygiene and maintenance all need improvement. I would not recommend this bus service. Very disappointed.

I booked the ticket for Mannargudi, but they dropped me in Thiruvarur. They lied that the bus was being repaired because there were only two members on the bus for Mannargudi, so they stopped at Thiruvarur itself. After I went to Mannargudi, the bus started and went.
