Bus arrived at the pickup point 1hr 15 minutes late and there was no update from the crew on the correct arrival time. Further, they asked us to board another bus before reaching the destination.

The seat posture is not correct. Due to the inbuilt pillow, we cannot sit at all in those seats.

Being a non AC bus, could not have expected more but at least pillow and water could have been made available. Inside the washroom, there is no grab bar to hold on to during turbulence moments while running. If this is installed it will be very useful for the old people and women. Live tracking is the need of the hour at this high-tech age which also could be made available for future passengers.
