The bus was scheduled for 11:45 but came around 3 am.

Boarding time was 11pm but the driver called at 10pm and created a panic situation that the bus would be leaving in the next 10 minutes. The way he was talking was very rude. Somehow we rushed to the bus and it moved at 10.45pm, which was 15 minutes early. I told them we needed to alight at Patanjali Yogpith but they didn’t stop and even tried to misguide us. Worst experience ever.

Not clean seats and the AC was not working.

Seat was drenched in water. Water was continuously dripping down from the AC. No one came for any help. No extra blanket was provided since one was already used in covering the drenched seat. It was a disastrous experience. Not recommending anyone.

Faced an issue in live tracking. It didn't show live tracking until I boarded this bus. But when I'm waiting, I have to call the bus conductor to know the ETA or location of the bus.
