No single seat was provided as mentioned during the booking. I have booked single seater but operator has provided double sharing seat with four occupants on a single seat. It was very traffic and uncomfortable for me.

Someone was smoking in the bus. Some boys were talking loudly. Someone already occupied my seat and used my blanket. Only good thing is the bus was on time.

Hygiene is zero, no blanket, pillow, nothing, bad smell in the bus, timing and picking location is also not accurate. Pathetic experience.
