The boarding experience? Bad. why have a luggage compartment if its not accessible?? You have to sit with your lugguage squished for the entire trip with no leg room. and the power point plugs dont work which is one of the main reasons I chose this bus.

The staff behaviour was impeccable. Although there was a delay with the boarding time, yet reached Khanapara on time. The driving was comfortable and not at all rash. I am happy with the Blue Hill service.

It took 20 hrs to reach Silchar. Instead of passengers, bus was full of loads inside the seating area. Departure time was 8:30 and it was departed by 10:30. Worst bus with no sense for passengers' security and no value of their time.

one hour delayed at boarding point. Bus was without AC, seat condition is pathetic and very expensive
