I had a very bad experience with Blue Travels. I reached the boarding point only 3 minutes late, but the bus driver did not wait and had already left. In the past, I have booked Blue Travels several times, and the buses were often delayed by 10–30 minutes. During those times, passengers were expected to wait without any issue. It is disappointing that passengers are expected to wait when the bus is late, but the bus cannot wait even 3 minutes for a customer. As a regular customer, I expected better service and communication. This was a very frustrating experience and one of the worst travel experiences I have had.
