They did not drop me at my selected drop point. They enroute bus in the middle by dropping us, saying this bus will not go that side. If that bus does not go that side, why did they give the option to select a point from that side.

This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. I had actually booked the bus from Mukkamala to Hyderabad, but they dropped me at KPHB and said the bus would go only up to that point. After that, the bus took a different route and left. There were other passengers travelling with me, and they were also forced to get down at KPHB. Why did the booking show that the bus would go up to Hyderabad when it was unable to reach the destination? When I asked the driver about this, he rudely replied that he was just the driver and told me to speak with the bus operators if I had any issues. When I called the operators, they said they would talk to the driver and then disconnected the call. When I tried calling them again, they did not answer. The bus also failed to drop me at my designated stop, causing me to miss an important meeting. I need a proper explanation and resolution for this issue.

Dear Support Team, My ticketed drop point was Miyapur, but the driver ignored my ticket, refused to respond, and forced me to get down at KPHB instead. This unprofessional behavior left me stranded with luggage, forcing me to spend extra time and money on alternative transport to my destination. Please investigate this driver's misconduct immediately and issue a refund for this clear breach of service.
