Bus was late by almost an hour. After that passenger had to change the berth twice, resulting in an uncomfortable journey.

Driver continuously honking while we were putting luggage. There was no traffic. The bus was already late by 10 minutes, which was frustrating, and the driver behaviour was even more frustrating.
