Best bus running between Dhanbad and Patna right now. Since it is a brand-new vehicle, everything inside and outside was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was that the ride was not very smooth, though I am not sure if that was due to poor road conditions or a bit of rash driving. Also, the rest stop at Punjab Dhaba was a major letdown. The place is very old and completely lacks hygiene. Overall, an excellent bus, but a smoother drive and a cleaner food halt would make it perfect.

This bus was in absolutely pathetic condition and made for a miserable journey. It is incredibly old, smells terrible, and the 2x2 seating layout makes the entire cabin feel extremely congested with almost no breathing room. To make matters worse, most of the seats are visibly damaged and broken down, offering zero comfort. Honestly, taking the train is way better than dealing with this level of discomfort.

Quality of bus is very bad. From outside this is good but inside is pathetic. Seats are damaged, hand rest is damaged. Too much sound is coming. Finally, I would say that the bus is not hygienic.

Mental harassment, toxic behaviour of bus conductor, he made me deboard bus, used abusive language, was not accepting my reservation ticket, I was given another seat upon calls to customer service, please blacklist this bus.

The experience was not great. The bus was not in good condition and arrived late at the boarding point. I suffered a lot to catch the bus.
