Seats are not clean and dusty. AC is not good. I called a number of times but the bus was not on time and had a one hour delay.

About 1 hour 20 min delay. We missed our next bus. Tirupati actual time 4.49 am but reached by 6.10 am.

Dear sir, cleanliness is superb, staff is also very good. If possible, kindly provide one bedsheet or shawl to protect from cold weather and a mini water bottle as complimentary.

Driver behaves very rude and speaks filthy language with customers. Showing unnecessary aggression on customers and shouting at them. Driver said he will not stop bus at boarding point and leave us behind.
