Our seat got changed. We were offered some other seat rather than the original seat booked. We got the seat before the driver, which was highly uncomfortable. The dropping point was Sissu, but we dropped in Manali, which was very bad and worse for our trip.

The bus is not from Sissu. It’s from Manali which is more than 40 km away from the location described on the application. This information was not given to us in advance and we had made our travel arrangements according to Sissu only. The bus operators refused to address the situation.
