The two-seater cabin was very narrow. The bed was smelling. The pillow was dirty and the blanket was rotten. Very very pathetic experience. The bus was coming around 10.50 pm instead of the given time 10.00 pm.

I booked a ticket of 2517 rupees before 5 pm in Nepali farm. Then I called the number they provided to know. They said they already crossed Haridwar by 5 pm. I asked to refund my money saying not refundable. They didn't use their punctuality timing given and denied refund also.

I specially recommend never ever book this bus in your life otherwise your life will be in the whole journey. Pathetic. Three hours late and I booked the bus for Rishikesh and the driver ended the journey in hqriwdar. It was a nightmare for me. Worst journey ever in my life.
