The seats were in terrible condition despite it being an AC bus. The windows were left open, allowing rainwater to enter the bus. When we complained to the staff, they responded rudely instead of helping. It was a very disappointing experience, and I will never travel with Chirayu Travels again.

The staff's behavior is terrible. They don't have the manners to talk to ladies, and they're illiterate, chewing gutkha. I won't travel on this bus again.

Worst travelling experience. Driver didn't drop me at my dropping point. Supposed to be dropped at 7 am, but I was still in the bus.

Subject: Complaint Regarding AC Bus Service I would like to file a complaint against Chirayush Travels. I booked an AC bus through RedBus, but the AC was not turned on during the journey. This has happened to me three times. Even after paying extra for an AC bus, I had to travel in conditions similar to a non-AC bus. If the AC service is not provided, then passengers should not be charged AC bus fares. The bus was also not properly maintained and the overall condition was very poor. This is unfair to passengers and needs immediate attention. I request that appropriate action be taken against the operator and that such issues be investigated to prevent other customers from facing the same problem.
