Journey was safe and comfortable. The vehicle was clean, the driver followed traffic rules, and the trip was completed on time. Bus tracking was good. Overall, the travel experience was satisfactory.

Very disappointed about the rest stop hygiene. The washrooms were not cleaned, stingy and no water facility. How can we use it if the rest stop was in this condition? No water bottles are provided while boarding, so please improve these two aspects for happy customers. Change the rest stop place please (washroom stop).
