Driver was so rude and they dropped us in the middle of the journey and picked us up in a local bus from there. It was not worth travelling with this company. Do not book from Make My Trip as they do not ensure these things.

Bed sheet were dirty. No water. Washroom were dirty. Bus is late by 4 hours. Will never recommend anyone. Pathetic.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the rude and insensitive behaviour of one of your staff members on 26 June. After we boarded the bus and completed the passenger entry process, my mother urgently needed to use the onboard washroom. However, the staff member responsible for checking passenger names refused to allow her to use it. He stated that if she used the washroom, it would start smelling. This behaviour was highly disrespectful and unacceptable, especially towards a female passenger who had a genuine emergency. If a bus is equipped with a washroom, passengers should not be denied access when it is genuinely required.

As a female I can't trust Chaudhary Travels and Cargo. They dropped me in the middle of NH and said that this is the nearest stop. So I said that please don't book this bus.
