Never travel with this operator in life. I have never seen such disgusting bus in my life. Yesterday was ticket from Delhi to Katra, and bus start from Delhi at 7.30 pm. In 2 hours, bus broke down 3 times. After that, a new bus came. They offered me sitting chair while I paid for sleeper.

People who were travelling with us were not so comfortable. I doubted them many times as if they were not good people. This is just because they were giving tickets at the moment to anybody. I strongly believe if they gave seats only to prebooked online people, then this would not be the case. But I think this is not the issue of MakeMyTrip. I am happy with MMT's services. Thank you.
