I had the worst travel experience from Kolhapur to Mumbai. First, the bus I originally booked did not arrive as scheduled. Then I was informed that I had to board another bus from Satara instead. My pickup time was 5:00 pm, but the bus arrived only at 6:00 pm. After boarding the Satara bus, the experience became even worse. The bus was in very poor condition. Due to heavy rain, water was leaking inside the bus, and my seat was completely wet. My bag and belongings also got soaked. I complained to the driver, but there was no response or action taken. Because of the wet seat and the constant rainwater leaking inside, I could not sleep throughout the journey. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I request you to take this complaint seriously and remove this travel service from your platform until the issues are resolved. Please ensure that such poor-quality services are not offered to customers in the future.

Clean the seat cover and try to minimise travel time. Traveling from Ichalkaranji to Vapi always feels unpleasant due to unhygienic coach.
