I have travelled more than 8 times with Devalina but the staff need to learn how to behave with passengers. Mr Raj Sarkar needs to learn especially. Mr Raj Sarkar will destroy Devalina Express (universal truth).

The space between the two seats is almost null. A/C was not cold enough; it was like just air coming out of it. Staff/conductor was badly arguing with the customer about the bus being slow.

During online booking, they assure passengers that female travelers will be seated only with other female passengers. However, during the journey, they pick up passengers from the roadside and seat male passengers next to female passengers. This is highly inappropriate and misleading."

The bus covered a long distance of 550 km, but it stopped repeatedly to take roadside passengers at almost every stop. This is not acceptable for a long journey. Also, the seats and legroom were very uncomfortable. Overall, a very tiring and disappointing experience.
