Staff behaviour was really ridiculous when the bus broke down at midnight. They did nothing, and when asked for a refund, they said you should complain to redBus; we don't do refunds. Then had to take another bus.

Bus was very poor in condition, driver and cleaner were irresponsible and careless. Bus had breakdown at night and driver blamed passengers. Bus failed to transport passengers and stopped/cancelled at midnight and midway. My Bluetooth earbuds were lost in the bus; if possible, please return by courier.

I had booked a ticket to Dehradun, but the staff dropped me off in Haridwar itself, saying that the bus would not go any further. It was a very poor and disappointing service.
