Very bad bus service. Staff behaviour is very bad. Third class bus.

Bus was broken and was very slow. It was late by around 6 hours. It took 300 km 12 hours. And I can understand it’s a machine can be broken sometimes. But the behaviour of staff was rude when I told for unnecessary stay for food of 1 hour. Blankets were not provided neither water bottle. Extremely disappointed.

Very first it came late and then the breakdown of bus. We waited more than at somewhere far Jaipur in direct sunlight. It's a terrible experience. Blacklist this bus company. Although we have to go from Jaipur to Jodhpur by ourselves, still figuring out what is happening.

The bus was late by almost 3 hours. I had to change all of my plans because of it. Charging points were also not working and overall the experience was mid.
