This is an official complaint regarding the pathetic state of bus MH 47 BY 5350. The condition of this vehicle is an absolute disgrace to your service. It is effectively a wreck on wheels—the suspension is completely shot, making the journey physically painful, and the unbearable, nauseating stench inside is a severe health hazard. It is insulting to expect passengers to pay for service in such a filthy, dilapidated, and unsafe vehicle that belongs in a junkyard, not on public roads.

Suspension of the bus is to be looked after. It was a bumpy ride. Rest was good. Driver and attendant were good and polite.
