The bus got broke down and the staff said that the engine got suspended l. They didn't arrange any alternate bus as well. The bus broke down on a highway in the early morning where we cannot get any vehicle help. WOULD NEVER recommend for solo female travellers. WILL NEVER choose this travels again.

Bus broke down at 129 km behind the drop location. The bus operators did not respond. Very bad service.

Bus delayed more than an hour. Better to go late. It is coming from too far, and they are stopping before the boarding point for a dinner break even though it is late, and again later for dinner before boarding.

Bus broke down within 300 km from my boarding point. It all happened at 9 pm. The bus driver told me to wait as the next bus was coming soon. I waited for more than two and a half hours. He left me alone at midnight. My total journey was more than 800 km. However, the bus driver and conductor did not provide any seats in the other bus. The bus agency also did not give any reason.
