The AC vent in upper deck sleeper J was broken, so I was unable to close it, making it too cool to be comfortable.

Staff behaviour was rude. AC was not working during the whole journey. Seat was not cleaned. Local passengers are not allowed in long route buses but bus staff allowed them and they have seated on our booked seats. Basically, there is a monopoly of Gorsiya Travels as there is no other bus service on this route. I recommend one more bus at a convenient time like 6 pm or 7 pm so that post office hours we can reach our destination with no office hassle and also there will be a shortest and fastest route from Barmer to Sri Ganganagar. Thanks.

Worst experience I have ever had. The whole bus has such a cosy smell all the time. Most importantly, I had to travel about 120 km from Balotra to Chirawa in another bus on a seat again with that smell. I'll try to never book a ticket again. Thanks for this time. At least I'm home.
