I recently traveled from Bangalore to Bellare and had a very disappointing experience. The driver refused to provide the seat that I had booked and was extremely rude in his behaviour. Additionally, he refused to unload my luggage at my destination, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. After Mysore, the bus was operated more like a local service, with passengers being picked up for short distances for cash payments of XXXXX. This resulted in overcrowding and affected the comfort of passengers who had booked tickets in advance. Overall, the service was unprofessional and far below expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures better customer service in the future.

Worst seats ever. Filled with so much dust. There is no hook for the side window curtain. It kept falling on my face and gave me allergy due to dust. Don't choose this operator. Waste of money.
