Charging point is not in running condition. It's mandatory for travelling any long distance. Please make the charging point available in the bus. Otherwise, seat and driving are ok.

First, they ask you to come 15–30 minutes before the boarding time and depart 15 minutes earlier. If you are not able to arrive within this period, they will sell your seat to someone else. Also, the AC was set very high, so I felt cold throughout the journey. After a few hours, water droplets started coming from the AC vents. I am not satisfied with the service.

While booking, it was showing Volvo bus, but in actual, it's a normal bus. Such a bad experience. One passenger left at rest stop; driver could not find him while restarting the bus after rest stop.
