The bus driver was horrible. The bus was late. The AC was not working. The driver kept the temperature as per his convenience. He drove the bus as if he was driving alone and no passenger was inside the bus. Really horrible service.

dinner was stopped at some muslim place( I don't remember the name so mentioned like this) , the place was not clean neither food was tasty , it was absolutely rubbish, paid toilets still not clean. Bus was excellent I dint feel the journey at all, tv with WiFi was excellent. service is all good. if food halt was good definitely 5* I would recommend this travels.

The pick-up was right on time. People were courteous and well behaved. Dinner and toilet breaks were in clean places. The bus and seat were clean. Reached on time. Overall a wonderful experience.

Driver dropped us at Hyderabad around 11.15 am. He did not even stop for breakfast.

This is the first time travel in GR Transport. The bus was delayed for 1 hr at both boarding and dropping points and I felt dispointed with this experience. Just I I want to suggest that punctuality should be maintained.

At the boarding point we were waiting, no one called me for prior confirmation of travelling. Bus live tracking was also not working. It was a very bad experience.
