If you are new to Bangalore, the staff will confuse you. Last time I came from JP Nagar to Ripponpete, the app showed the 8.00 pm bus would come to your boarding point, but at 7 o'clock I got a call from the bus driver. He said you have to come here at 7.30, otherwise we will leave you. Staff behaviour was also rude, please correct it first. Also, in that bus, bed quality is too bad; they didn't even give a pillow. Also, if you are more than 6 feet, don't go on this bus. I didn't even sleep.

Terrible bus service. Driver is not accepting the luggage of one single trolley bag to keep in the boot. I have kept it on the seat, which made the ride uncomfortable. Driver is not ready to come to the boarding point.
