See now the problem is the bus we booked didn't arrive; instead, another bus came and it's not well maintained. We got a rash from the not-so-clean beds, and we missed our trains which were at 7.15 am. The bus said it would arrive by 6.25 am but it arrived at 7.20 am at Central bus stand. There is no other staff except the driver; he stopped and came to check. No wonder they gave this bus a 2 rating; it should go down :((.
